I&#39;m diagnosed with cyclothymia and severe depression.<br /> I&#39;ve had hypomanic episodes at least 2 times , doubt I&#39;ve had any full on manic episodes as I&#39;m normally pretty stable with my highs, my problem are the lows. </p> <p>However Id like to discuss things and share experiences. I have had two major manic episodes and was wondering if anybody had any advice for me. If there&#39;s anybody out there who likes to talk and listen to my worries and concerns i would love that as well.
