			<description>&#60;p&#62;Travelling does have a lot of benefits, and I do think a lot of people travel for the sake of relaxation and do not assume they will get tired. You just have to keep things like travellers fatigue in mind. I personally love travelling, although I can barely ever go because of student budgets. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But like Mere said, it all depends on how you travel. It`s different for everyone as well.

&#60;p&#62;Lack of time/knowledge/money(/daylight)can make travelling stressfull.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;ie wondering round the outskirts of Brisbane with dusk approaching, failing to find your destination = stressful, however;&#60;br /&#62;
wandering around Central Otago, with no destination, two weeks to spare, plenty of cash and a push bike -  with dusk (and snow i might add) approaching, relaxing!
