If anyone feels like some counselling might help them, and live, or can get to London, I'd recommend this place on Piccadilly.

It's in the garden of St James Church (v beautiful, designed by Christopher Wren, and the church has a programme of interesting, alternative events). There's a daily market in the church courtyard, and a cafe nero there too. In the garden is a caravan with counsellors-in-training there on a rota system. It's a drop-in service. You can go for free. If you like someone you can see them on a more regular basis. Or you can just drop in to a different person each time.

Highly recommended.

Just thought I'd put it up here, because I know you can wait forever on the nhs waiting list.

And you don't have to be desparate, you can just go to sort things out.

It's open all week and weekends too.

http://www.thecaravan.org.uk

Piccadilly has Piccadilly Circus tube stop at one end of it, and Green Park station at the other.
