One of my favorite geek films circa 1982 was Tron. After the movie came out, a video game of it wound up in the arcades and I played the shit out of it. It was an awesome video game. You played the disc game against someone else. Me and my brother had a great time with it. Anyway, Tron was one of the earliest movies to use computer graphics. Remember how the cracker gets into the Motherboard and then gets zapped and digitized, sucked into the computer and then trying to escape.

Too cool. Check out the trailor

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3efV2wqEjEY

And this was the videogame we played with the discs
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiw2FbHBd14

Anyone seen or remember this movie?

And for any geek phreakers here, what's your favorite tech-sci movie?
