The field of Psychology studies several aspects of this. Motivation, optimism, attitude, quality of life, and self-efficacy (self-confidence/self-belief) are some.
Self-efficacy (masters topic for me) particularly useful in understanding whether people will or will not succeed in learning/undertaking health care tasks.
Human behaviour and influences are fascinating!

Hi there Fry-Fans! Just lately I have been researching the science of gratitude. Yes there is a science for happiness. Cool eh?

I decided to check it out because I have always been a bit of an optimist and 'go things done'. I wanted to know what made ppl like us tick and is there anything I could share as a result.

I'd be grateful to hear your stories and ideas on this topic
