			<description>&#60;p&#62;They might have been rivals at rowing, but Donald Trefusis shares a great deal in common with James Murray, the first editor of the Oxford English Dictionary. Comparative philologist, inspiring teacher and, as Fry puts it, wise friend. Of course it's just a coincidence, but when I listen to the series, my Dr. Trefusis has Murray's beard-scarf and Victorian ideals.
