Considering we implement an orthonormal 2-axis system (x,y) with the observer in its starting point O (0,0) we could say that as &quot;right&quot; is described every element that is located in the 1st and 4th quadrant and as &quot;left&quot; every element in the 2nd and 3rd quadrant. isn&#39;t this an accurate description? </p>
