That is a big factor and a dtricky one to tackle without going to the extremes of China&#39;s one child per couple rule. I remember when on QI there was a question on how best for a family to reduce their carbon footprint and the answer was get rid of the dog. I was thinking don&#39;t have any more children would be even better. Unfortunate but true.
