			<description>&#60;p&#62;I&#38;#39;ve opened an e-petition to the Government to update the Public Library Act 1850 with the Public Internet Act. The original Act was to ensure that ordinary people had free access to books and information. I think it is time to update this Act to create a nationwide free wifi service.If you feel you could support this then please click on the following link.&#60;/p&#62;
