Ok It seems that it's not just me struggling. Smileys gone -bad!

They were a great way of stopping misunderstandings happening. They make your sentiments known completely!

As for the rest, I am sorry, but it's a mess. I am unable to look things up, the dates are a mess. I can't log out.

Whole threads seem to have gone.

Updates missing. Very confusing and unclear. I have to say this. If it ain't broke don't mend it. It was fine before. For me anyway.

I wish it was back.

I am going to shoot off for a few days because the whole thing is confusing. Most important! Thee Nonesince Thread! Where?

Best love Tito.

yeah, this is common email spam fare that's now spread to forum PMs. Ignore and delete, Regato's been banned.
If something's too good to be true, then it's a scam.

Subject: From Madam Avelin Regato

Dear Respected One

My name is Madam Avelin Regato . A complete citizen of the Philippines, widow to the late Mr Desmond Regato who died of ulcer and he has been buried.

I inherited a total sum of 12.3 million dollars from my late husband, this money which is concealed in a metallic trunk box is deposited with a security and finance company in Cote D' Ivoire Due to the instruction he laid down before he deposited the box, that he needed maximum security/safety of my consignment and no body nor government organization can trace where about of the box until were ready and prepare to claim it.

This deposit was coded under a secret arrangement as a family treasure. This means that the security company does not know the content of this trunk box.

My main purpose of sending you this mail is because of the way I found you and perhaps trustworthy to give you this priority of shipping the box of money to any address that you think is very secure and save in your country with your percentage of which we shall chat on soon.

In fact, since the death of my husband, his brothers has been seriously chasing me around with constant treats, trying to suppress me so that they might have the documents of his landed properties and confiscate them. They have successfully collected all his properties, yet they never stopped there, they told me to surrender all bank account of my late husband, which I did, but I never disclose to them this deposit with the security company in Abidjan- Cote d'Ivoire, because this is where my future and destiny lies upon.

The family of my late husband never aware of the secret existence of this deposit which my late husband made with the security company and they can never be aware of it.

Out of fear of my late husbands family, and when the situation becomes uncontrollable because of pressure on me from the family, I decide to look for a trustworthy person who could assist me retrieve this box of money from the security company for onward lodgement into his account for the purpose of future investment.Consider my situation as a widow and come to my rescue.

There is need for urgent action because I'm paying $50 dollars per day as a demurrage to the security company for safe keeping this consignment..

I give thanks immensely for your co-operation as I look forward to hear from you soon.
All the best,
From Madam Avelin Regato
Found a bug

Won't affect most people but....

When i try to view the site on my Nokia N95 the left hand side of the page is missing..

Everything left of the "V" in "Audio Video" is off the left hand side of the screen and it will not let me scroll to the left.

This happens in Nokia's built in browser and using Opera Mobile browser.

Some oddities I've noticed - all over the board in various boards the thread links don't work if you click on them or scroll the mouse over them (i.e. cursor doesn't turn into hand) but when you move your cursor up above the thread link a duplicate appears over the above thread and you click on that. Another thing I've noticed in random threads is the links above and below (usually one or the other) to the main board and the board you're in do not work at all and do not even do that weird duplicate effect the thread links on the board do. Another oddity I've noticed is when you scroll down a board or thread too quickly the board or thread jumbles up and displaces sideways sometimes (e.g. on main forum page a board might not align with the rest like in a jenga game or something) or text doubles over each other so it's unreadable.

I still cannot access this site from home (tried before I left for uni). I just get the blue screen with the box still. :'( I feel like a dog who's had their bone snatched from them. Is this happening with just Virgin users or other people as well? I kow it takes time to sort these things out but I don't really understand how it works and why other people can get on. I don't really understand how it works or what it means.

Getting a format error in the XML. Assuming the old URL is still valid, getting:
An invalid character was found in text content.

For the past six months, Stephen has been filming a new series in America for the BBC. The idea is to visit every one of the fifty states that make up that great union. The series examines the individuality of each state and also delights in getting to know Americans, whom are so much more than wearisome clich

If there's a new URL for the XML file, could you make it a bit more obvious?

Thanks.
