So when you are enjoying a lovely summer evening drive you can get carried away. I dont really speed but some really go for it. Ive known people to get three points and a fine for doing 32.4 in a 30 which is a bit of an over reaction I think. I'm not sure why this is, probably a combination of things - division of policing work &amp; priorities within a constuabulary area; long roads undisturbed by junctions or regular traffic-queueing; lack of variation in the topography of the land. <br /> <br /> I've not driven in any of these areas, so I can't speak from first-hand experience.
