Hi I have watched the series the secret life of a manic depressive and I have been suffering from bipolar for a short period of my life. I have had two major manic episodes and was wondering if anybody had any advice for me. If there's anybody out there who likes to talk and listen to my worries and concerns i would love that as well. I would love to make any new friends who are suffering or interested in listening to my concerns. I have moved between america and UK with my bad mental health. Thanks for reading, Alex Davies.

I'll be a listener for you! Talk? It's hard to shut me up sometimes. But advice? No, haven't had your experiences. I do have some life experience tho, so that might come in handy. Provides perspective. Hope you stop back in soon.

I'm the same age. I'm diagnosed with cyclothymia and severe depression.
I've had hypomanic episodes at least 2 times , doubt I've had any full on manic episodes as I'm normally pretty stable with my highs, my problem are the lows.

However Id like to discuss things and share experiences. Might be fun. =]
