I've yet to be bored with Johnny Depp. Perhaps that day will come, but I doubt it.

Oh thank god...someone else is tired of Burton's stock cast. I wish he was like Almodovar with a bigger stock cast so that everyone isn't in every movie.

*shocking confession time* I've not really taken to anything Depp has done all that well since Edward Scissorhands...same goes for his lovely lady in that film. *giggles*

I used to be EternalStudent on these forums until the switch over. So don't get excited..I'm not someone new and exciting. I'm just me :P

I'm not yet bored with it. After all, they are close friends and they just fit together
Not the same as Hugh and Stephen but it's close to it, I think.

As predictable as Burton's style and casting choices is I am not tired of it. That aside I've been a huge fan of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass since I was a little girl. I love finding adaptations of it and homages in various forms such as films, animation and comics. I am eagerly awaiting this new version and the casting is simply icing on the cake. ^_^

Assuming direct control...

Oh I'm there! Got to see this. And Stephen in it? Bonus de'lux.

I am really looking forward to this movie.

I do not love you as if you were salt-rose,or topaz,or the arrow of carnations the fire shoots off.I love you as certain dark things are to be loved,in secret, between the shadow and the soul.

I'm not mad on Tim Burton as of late but I am really excited about this movie. None of the other takes on Alice in Wonderland capture the darkness of the book at all but I've a feeling Burton won't avoid it. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on acid.

I'm not a big Alice in Wonderland fan, but this movie looks pretty amazing. It's the perfect story for a Tim Burton film, and I love, love, love the cast! Hopefully I'll be able to escape from my schoolwork long enough to go see it next weekend.

I just saw the movie and I have to say, Stephen makes a WONDERFUL cat! I love Chesh! His voice works so well for the character to!

Just got back from seeing in Alice in Wonderland. It was a wonderful movie all around--visually stunning and extremely well-acted. Loved Stephen as the Cheshire Cat--just purrrrfect (sorry, couldn't resist!).

I saw it in 3D during the week and it was brilliant! I didn't know the story around Alice In Wonderland (sad, I know!), so it was all new to me. I loved the simplicity of the story although I've gathered that this isn't the original story, but when she returns to Wonderland.

Of course, Stephen was magnificent as The Cheshire Cat!
