Both it is then.

Me, I imagine God does nothing.

I'm jealous as hell of anyone who can draw Manga, I've looked at various books and tried a few things on my own, but unless I can get myself into a room with a teacher going through things I just don't have the discipline or the mentality to learn anything left-brained on my own.

It's always the same, but I never learn. Buying pencils, buying books, buying a bloody bass guitar, I know I won't achieve anything without someone teaching me how it all works, but I still waste my own time.

Where in London can you find art classes that cover Japanese comic art? I'd so absolutely go to them if there were any.

I know this will sound ABSURD, but if you constantly practise drawing, and keep checking your books/internet for drawing tips you'll manage to crack it, I mean, no ones perfect right?
My father can draw manga/anime really really well, and he tried to teach me when I was young, but obviously got red up with all the scribbles and snapped crayons, and gave up on me >.<
