I was wondering if anyone in Stephen's club was looking at Mindfulness as a way of dealing with BP?
I've been studying the work of Professor Mark Williams at Oxford University. It makes a great deal of sense... I think.. at least it did yesterday...

To quote the late George Harrison in The Beatles movie "Yellow Submarine" it's all in the mind.

Sound simple, yet complicated. But having a close connection to your mind and listening to it may hurt you with the evil or negative thoughts, but if embraced right (which even I can't do) it can help you.

There's loads of evidence emerging that mindfulness and meditation can really help with depression. Berkeley in the US is looking at it as are UCL . there are some great resources out there on mindfullnrss and happiness work - both of which can help reduce and manage depression. i will set up a seperate thread and others can then add to it .
