Okay, here's the list. I hope not, but it's very well possible that I forgot someone. If so, scream out loud!!
I added those with a "?" who joined the discussion at some point but didn't make clear if they want to take part regardless of the decision.
Deadline for others to sign up? No idea. What do you think, Gerti? When will we need to start?

Thanks ever so much for your help, andrealein!
Quite a long list...
No idea really re: deadline. Perhaps it´s okay to wait for those people with a question mark added to confirm their participation. But let´s see what everyone else thinks!

I think that moths are DEFINETLY scarier than wasps.
Natalie: "Are you finished with your coffee cup Stephen?"
Stephen: "Yes Natalie darling I am, although it's not a coffee cup, it's a teacup..."
*5 minute debate later*
Result: The contents of the cup do not determine the name of the cup. The cup is a cup/mug whether it contains tea/coffee/ribena/hot chocolate or any other beverage.

Should I write PMs to those "?"-people?
Taluta maybe wants to join too, but can't log in at the moment.
Moths?

That sounds like a reasonable idea andrealein, can't do any harm (unlike wasps).

Moths?
That´d be very kind of you, andrealein. Like Soph, I think it can´t do any harm...
Moths? Wasps? You lost me there, mandibles
I´ve been a little busy too... to give you a vague idea...

btw: all the lovely ideas for Stephen´s t-shirt lend themselves to a unique and absolutely amazing design which may be a little tricky to copy for the teddy. What if teddy just wore a trendy tie (to hide any "scars")?

I know that I talk too much and give my opinions too much, but in my opinion (and yes it is only my opinion) the t-shirts have to match or it would just be two separate projects and two separate gifts for one occasion (and I really don't like that idea). There is nothing to tie them together. So my answer would be, if we were going to go with a wordy t-shirt we would need to order/make a doll sized one when we ordered/made Stephen's t-shirt. Again, that is just my opinion on only one aspect of the project that maybe no one else is in favor of anyway.

Agree with you on the t-shirts. The special thing about it is that they'll both get the same.
If it's not possible to order a small sized shirt for the teddy someone can get it done in a copy shop or we get something to iron-on.
I'll do the PMs tonight

I agree that the t-shirt is necessary because it ties the project together.
Another option could be to do the teddy now and save the shirt(s) for Christmas... but I don't know how others feel about that.

I think wasps and moths are equally frightening.

I think we should give him his t-shirt with the teddy. We all know that we're going to have new and exciting ideas for Christmas again,...

Thanks, andrealein!
As for the t-shirt: you are absolutely right! Sorry, I was not thinking straight when I suggested a trendy tie. And, I had not thought of copy shops or similar places where you can have motifs printed onto t-shirts. Just fallen from Mars, obviously

Sorry I haven't been around and missed the vote. I still want to partake and, like everyone else, I love project no 5.
@andrealein: I've just got your pm, but the software won't let me reply or send a new pm back to you. Thank you for taking the trouble of informing everyone.
