Was I supposed to get a PM about the birthday stuff, because I never did.

No, I only wrote one to those who didn't make clear whether they wanted to take part or not.
I thought you did, so I just put you on the list. It's on top of page 4.
I'll make an updated one when I've heard from more people.

Umm... I know it's still time but as there aren't any more discussions going on we might as well make decisions. No?

1) The t-shirt.
What should the design be like?
I liked the born/made fluffy version better because it's more "us" but I think most people said they feel good about the Stephenisms cloud. So should we just go for that?

Is there anyone who wants to be responsible for the shirt? Inckognito, I think you once said something like that? We should also think about how we pay for it.

2) Will we have regional contacts again for the messages? If so, any volunteers?

I would really REALLY love to take every responsibility possible RE T-shirt but honestly, I'm coming through a very difficult period of my life at the moment (just relocated to the US, still job hunting etc) - so that I fear I won't be able to be always there and whatsmore - to be in charge of smth.

Still in the project tho, don't kick me off, please

Thanks for understanding, Fluffies x

Um.. I'll happily put my name forward to be in charge of said T-shirt.
I'm not really sure how we go about doing the whole payment thing, I would suggest Paypal but then it would be wrong to assume that everyone has Paypal so...I dunno

We may need some help from nemelle who appears to have some hands-on (or should that read: arms-around) experience : what size t-shirt do you think should we get for Stephen ?

Would be nice to have a US, UK and European coordinator, as we did for the X-mas project.

We will also need to find out who wants to send the scroll (2in wide; approx. 10in long) by post and who wants the message printed by the coordinator...

I think Stephen wears XXXadorable sized shirt. No, but I think a XXL might work since he has such a long, juicy body. I'm fond of the "Made Fluffy" shirt for the bear and the "Born Fluffy" one for Stephen. There are bazillions of make your own t-shirt sites so it shouldn't be too difficult to make one for Stephen. How are we doing the bear's shirt? Hand made?

I'm still cornfuzzled about the scrolls. Do we just write our Happy Birthday sentiments on them? Handrwritten or typed? And when you ask who wants the message printed by the coordinator, is that for people who can't get the scrolls themselves? We're talking about paper aren't we? With some ribbon?

If I may come with a suggestion... *wipes nose*
It's about the scrolls. I think we should make them in the most personal way.:) So maybe we should just make an agreement about the scrolls' size and leave all the rest for the participants' fantasy?
One more thing: I'm not sure about ribbons. Too much work for poor dear Stephen to unbind each scroll before reading it - quite pleasant work, I agree, but Stephen will get LOADS of birthday wishes... However, it's just a thought, nothing more.

I think so too.

Yes Fryphile, paper. Printing them out would be for those who don't trust the mail.

Gerti, do you want to be the contact for Europe? Because you'll get the scrolls in the end anyway. If not, I can do it.

Yay for paper...as for size that would depend on participants and the size of the bear one should think.

I used to be EternalStudent on these forums until the switch over. So don't get excited..I'm not someone new and exciting. I'm just me :P

Ooof, I was terribly busy these past few weeks, finally found some time to catch up now. I love all the suggestions so far, and I agree that we should have two similar shirts for Stephen and the bear.

Talking about sizes... We should bear in mind that the scrolls are likely to get damaged inside the bear if they're too large.

I knew you´d find the right words to solve the size problem for us, Fryphile. Thanks!

I suggested earlier that the scrolls be 2in wide and max. 10in long. I think we´ll need something to keep them from unravelling.
Stephen can just strip off .... whatever we decide to tie round the scrolls to keep them in shape. He does not have to untie 40+ knots or bows neatly one after the other that´d definitely be asking too much..

I thought I´d do the t-shirt once the teddy has been manufactured....

Having said that: andrealein, since you so kindly made the offer: I think - and I hope the others agree - it would be nice to allocate various tasks to various Fluffettes, to make it a joint venture. And in the end, everything will come together nicely - as it did in the past

Oh, oh, oh! Can I be in charge of measuring Stephen's chest for the shirt?
