inckognito - WOW, I´m very happy for you. I know from experience how difficult it is to get settled in another country. You must be so proud to have accomplished this feat. All the best

Aw, you're too kind. Thank you!

Actually, I had hurried up by saying that I settled down - still need to sort out some jobby stuff..

hey fluffy's

I am very sorry, I got a bit off the track with this project and tbh don't really know what is too be done if of course I still can join in. could someone be so lovely and bring me up to full speed ?

Personal penguin of Mr. Fry
and yours,

Hey you
Don't worry, panic etc. As far as I'm aware I don't think anything has been confirmed yet
I think everyone taking part is just supposed to write Stephen a love note in the form of a little scroll. I know there had been some talk about the size of the scrolls but again I don't think anything has been confirmed...we really do need to start confirming stuff
Hope you're well

Enter Jeeves. "Ahem, the size of the scrolls is defined in "Option 3" on page 1, hence you confirmed it when you agreed to go for Option 4 which is based on Option 3. And it was specified at least on two more occasions. But I´ve heard through the grapevine that Exact Details of the Birthday Project are soon to be posted here. So watch this space..." Exit Jeeves.

Alright Fluffettes, here are (hopefully) all the details you need.

Your messages should be 2 in wide x max. 10 in long (5 cm x 25 cm), please use paper that can easily be made into scrolls.

The deadline to send your scrolls to the reginal contacts is 23rd July. They will then send them to Gertrude Susanne&the bear.
I think it's easiest if everyone PMs their regional contact to ask about the address.

The regional contacts are

UK: Help for

US/Canada: Katrina (I could only send PMs to her as Boiler12) for

We still didn't make any decisions about the t-shirts!!

Here's a suggestion:
- We go for the Born Fluffy/Made Fluffy version
- Maybe there's someone who feels like being creative and wants to draw something... Soph? (I think you mentioned something like that I'm sure you'd make something beautiful) If not we can always just get the words printed.
- We choose a site to order the shirt, preferably one that delivers directly to Gerti in Austria at a reasonable price
- If Gerti could also sew a (very simple) shirt for the bear we could get one of these iron-on things (if you know what I mean) and er... iron it on. I don't know if that's too much work for you though, Gerti. I've never sewed anything in my life.
- I still don't have a good idea how we should pay for it. It's just a very small amount for everyone, but I don't think anyone wants to order the shirt as long as that's not sorted out.

Please please please don't think I want to force my favourite version on you. I just fear we'll never make a decision. So what do you think?

That sounds perfect, thank you andrealein. : ]

T-shirt. I think we should go with Born Fluffy, Made Fluffy. I could definetely have a go at drawing up something for the t-shirt design. (Did we say that's something we could print?) No probs if it's decided that we prefer a simple text version. I'll give it some thought anyway.

Thanks for organising this, my brain would be frazzled if I were to try to think of everything that needs to be done.

I like the Born Fluffy/Made Fluffy thing too, it's cute.

Simply perfetto, andrealein!
I'm so with you on everything and I'm very much in favour of the Born Fluffy/Made Fluffy version.

Thanks for organising and summing up!

As far as paying for the t-shirt is concerned, I don't have any brilliant ideas. I have a credit card/PayPal, but I'm also alright with sending cash to the person who agrees to order the t-shirt.

Sounds like a planana, banana.

Here's a t-shirt site that ships international.

Half a thought about the bear: What if we order an infant-sized shirt that matches Stephen's and put the bear in that?

I like that site, Fryphile, and it is the cheapest I have seen for the two shirts together (although I didn't check on any postage). But, if we are going to have the shirts delivered to Gerti, does that mean someone from her area will need to order it (as I said I didn't get to posting, because I would have had to sign in)? Or could anyone order it?

Oh Andrealein, I just noticed that you updated the projects thread as well. Well done.

How can I participate? Can I still? Or is everything decided and done already? Andrealein, please let me know!
