I'm so very sorry, chhildeb, but it's too late to sign up. I'm sure we'll have more great projects in the future and it'd be great if you participated in one of them!
Yep, Fryphile's site looks cool. I was thinking about maybe a regional site because of the shipping costs, but the shirts here are really cheap, so it might not make much of a difference. Quality looks good too. Usually it's no problem to get it delivered everywhere you want, but I didn't have time to check it out for that site.
I was wondering if even a child-sized shirt is small enough? But well, the teddy can wear it as a dress and still look cute (or even cuter) 
Soph, do you mean if it's possible to get a drawing printed? That should work as long as the quality of the picture is good enough. I'd love you to do it!
Oh and, thanks for all the praise. A lot of it actually belongs to Gerti. She got me all the details!!

Fryphile´s t-shirt site is fabulous. The possibilities and combinations thereof seem to be endless 
I´ve made enquiries about having a t-shirt printed with a picture of our choice. A shop more or less around the corner from where I live offer XXL t-shirts (white) + print (all they need is a print-out of the picture, wording etc) for ERU 14.99. Takes them max. 2 days to deliver the finished item. So, if the Fluffettes could come up with some fancy Born Fluffy design which could be uploaded onto photobucket, I could download it, print it and take it to the shop. Just thought I´d mention this option...
I think I´ll sew the t-shirt for the teddy myself. (please visit our fluffetteforum photobucket, Decorated Images album. I uploaded a piccie, didn´t know where else to put it and the album was empty  ). Would not want to hide all of the teddy inside a t-shirt that´s too big for him... Would it be okay if I emulated the "Born Fluffy" typeface on teddy´s t-shirt (Made Fluffy), using a fabric pen?

Just off to Malta for a week so please don't be concerned if I don't reply to something. All sounds like its coming together 
I can send cash in sterling,euro's or dollars to someone anywhere by post, and I have understood the deadline for doing my little bit.
Now I can relax and start thinking about my scroll

I noticed the heart shaped nose stragiht away. :)) Dreadfully cute. Really well made bear, Gerti. And completely fluffy and soft looking (again perfect for Stephen's tactile enjoyment ; ] ) I can't wait to see it with finished eyes, as the eyes are the most important feature I think. It already looks adorable enough!
Btw, I don't know what I'm doing.. Should I still make some designs for the t-shirt? (And feel free if anyone else wants to give it a go.)
P.S. I'll have to stop writing essay posts..
