Pay?!? One word: Youtube. I'd have the entire journey filmed from the departure lounge of the Uk airport to the moment Mr Banjo gets that fabled poke to me returning through UK customs armed with duty free goods.

hey, i have a wierd question.

As this thread has documented...
i recently filed a complaint to the state health dept about a counselor i had a year ago.

they need me to sign a "whistleblower release form" that means the counselor will know i complained. does anyone know if that's bad or good? i can't make heads or tails of it and i don't want the counselor to get me in trouble or sue me. i could just drop it, as i have nothing to gain from this but the knowledge that she was disciplined.

i realize this is a specific question regarding american law, but i think someone on here might be able to help???.

i don't know specifically, but signing that Whistleblower release form sounds like a bad idea to me. why should you have to give your permission so they can tell the counsellor it was you who complained. you have complained so that's surely all you need to do. you dont have to agree for them to know it was you. that sounds daft (and a bit dangerous( to me.

It sounds like signing the release might prevent the counselor from claiming confidentiality on her end of it. If they have your permission, she can't.
