I've never tried a cheese I didn't like. My latest discovery is Sage Derby - looks odd but is so smooooth.

Best ever cheese? Probly a classic strong moist cheddar. Best way to eat cheese of course is melted on toast, preferably with tomato, onion & Worcester sauce. Utter heaven.

Cheese reminds me of Wallace and Gromit X-D and Monty Python of course X-D X-D
Apart from that... I only like Mascarpone in my tiramisu :-//

And cheese and beans on toast.

Just the thought of that made me fart.

Blue Stilton - but I rarely have it, cos my OH hates it. His comment - "It's mouldy." I said "It's meant to be." He said "I don't care. It's mouldy."

Best Blue Stilton recipe involes cheese on toast, bagels if possible, with a layer of cranberry sauce between the bread and the cheese... mmmmm....

But then I like most cheeses.

Blue Stilton (or Danish Blue, or any blue-veined cheese I guess) is delicious gently melting into a fluffy-hot jacket potato with a crisp skin

Cheese first, then the beans keep it hot.

Yeah and not only that but I don't imagine the cheese settling too well on top of the beans... it would just be messy.
