Okay, I think it's time to start the Christmas Thread proper in which we are going to post our messages. I have just opened a thread and will ask Tobias Monk to please sticky it. Here it is:

Re. introduction: I will ask Ellie if she will perhaps write an introduction together with me. I will get back to the Christmas thread later and edit our introduction in.

As Ginj is not able to record her part we will have to give it to someone else. As inckognitto was sweet enough to share her part with Alex I suggest she records Ginj's part if that is okay with everyone.

Deadlines: Recordings should be sent to Wiwiel by 22 December, if I remember correctly, and all messages should be collected by 24 December perhaps.

No problem, I can record Ginj's Part since she couldn't manage.

Ginj, if you still could stay in the project and contribute a greetings for Stephen with or without a postcard (could be really some lovely Christmas picture from the Internet), we would all be happy

I've put this in this thread rather than the Christmas Message thread as I don't want to ruin the new thread if it doesn't work, so here's my attempt at posting a message:

Popeye, try to upload your image to photobucket account first, otherwise it won't show up in the Thread. if you don't have your own - use Fluffettes' one (see my earlier post above about login details)

I've tried to use Photobucket but my computer is so old that my version of Internet Explorer isn't compatible.
I've e-mailed my picture to Wiwiel in the hope it can be uploaded from an e-mail. *Fingers crossed.*

You're welcome. It was no problem. Audacity makes file changing easy. I found you can use videos as well and change them to mp3's easily as well because mine was a video first.

It took me some time to choose a picture. It's from summer in 2011 but I didn't change that much
