Is every part of the video going to have drawings or can some of us dress up all Christmassy and read our parts? Because I wouldn't mind doing the latter on my recordings.

Maybe, drawings are better? To be honest I fear.

All righty then. If we don't get enough artists will we have to do do some without drawings?

Part 4 from poem 2 or part 5 from poem 1 for me, please.

And the video will be uploaded to YouTube, as it was said before? If there will not be enough (or any) drawings, we can upload it to soundcloud as well.

Soundcloud is very useful as well. You can upload large files that other sites won't take.

I would like to do Part 6 of Poem 1 and also Part 1 of Poem 2 if we have enough parts to go round! We may need a third poem at this rate...or perhaps we could split up some of the longer parts of Poem 1?

Here is a list of parts and participants so we can keep track of who is doing what:

Poem 1

Part 1 -
Part 2- mvet88
Part 3 - Prancing Jeeves
Part 4 -
Part 5 - Plamitz
Part 6 - EllieK

Poem 2

Part 1 - EllieK
Part 2 - Wiwiel
Part 3 - Prancing Jeeves
Part 4 - Plamitz
Part 5 -
Part 6 -
Part 7 - inckognitto

If those are taken up, the readers could always use some of the shorter poems on this site:
http://www.carols.org.uk/christmas_poem.htm
Some of the shorter ones are: Minstrels, Christmas Bells, Mistletoe, Christmas Cheer, Ceremonies for Christmas, or even Auld Lang Syne!
Or the Santa Claus one that is pretty long:

Am I right in my thought that we had already agreed to record a video of the 1st Poem only?

I won't be able to sanely contribute a drawing to the booklet of the 2nd Poem, so should I now choose a different part of the 1st Poem, as I'd love to record but not to draw?

OR I missed out something and now we record both Poems? Could someone please, clarify? Thanks!

P.S. If we record the 1st Poem only, then I have misunderstood completely, and in that case, I'd like to exchange to Part1 of the Poem 1. However, if we do record both - I'm staying with my first choice.

If there's time, it would be cool to do a video of one and a recording of another.

Can we do as Ellie suggests and split the Fir tree poem into smaller parts? Otherwise I think the people who read out the longer sections perhaps should just do that and not put their name down for other parts. More poems will surely mean more work for Wiwiel who has to put a video, booklet, audio recordings all together!

I would also like to repeat the question about the video. Do I have to video myself reading out the poem??
