I'll show you mine if you show me yours.

I decided on a Star Wars theme. Again.

Why no tree, banj? The tree is the only decorating I do.

Love it!

I don't have a tree either. BTW, I do like the white tree! My husband and I really aren't that into Christmas, and we don't want to go through the hassle of getting a tree. It's expensive and we don't have ornaments. We might get an artificial tree some time in the next few years. As someone who tries to be environmentally conscious, I don't want to buy a real tree.

So, that's why no tree for me, but I am happy to ogle other people's trees!

I'll show you mine, but it is not up yet.
It is sadly traditional, but I've "gone crazy" today and bought new colours..
I was this *shows fingers, two millimeters apart* close to buying a new pink tree to support that breastcancer-thing-gummie, but my partner really did not like it.. it came with pink lights and everything..
next year perhaps!
The black trees that are so popular here are very nice and suits my personalety, but when everyone has got them..

I'm not sure we'll have one - but if we will, I'll decorate the tree on christmas eve.

Ooooh, I'd love to have a black tree. Never seen one.

just don't have one.
i don't know why, i think i threw it out after last year.
my roommates haven't seemed interested in decorating at all.

maybe i'll get round to doing it on my own. when i'm not sick. sigh.

Call me a snob, but I prefer the usual "treeish" kind of trees. Wood, not plastic. Green and brown. Preferably planted in a garden outside the house (haven't got one, though, neither a garden nor a house of my own ...) OR in a large pot on the balcony. Better use an artifical tree, however, than cut off a completely healthy one.

OMG, love it, Fryphile!

I bought a "wall tree" which is a small artificial half-tree that you hang on the wall. This one has built-in lights. We hung it over the fireplace, where the toddler can't eat or otherwise destroy it:

We do have some Star Wars ornaments on, actually, they are various ships, like the Millenium Falcon, a Tie fighter, Boba Fett's ship, etc.
