I just saw a television chat show host utter the sound, (I won't call it a word!) "Kardashianization" describing the current direction of popular culture in the media.

What a disgusting perversion of the English language!

What's the most cringe worthy word you have heard lately?

Can we include the corporate/office junior management buzzwords and para-phrases like...

"going forward" (pardon me whilst I release all the contents of my stomach on the floor)
"living the values" (yukko)
"touching base" (more vomit stains)
" going up the strategic staircase" (blaaah)
"getting all ducks in a row" (vomit-a-rama with that one)
"run it up the flag pole" (not enough bile left)

Burglarize. How come the Americans lost the verb 'to burgle'?

And from the corporate world 'mission statement'. Hate it - sounds religious, and let's face it, the raison d'etre of most companies is simply to make money.

Oh, and Iso - that list is truly nauseating. I like innovative language, but not the corporate variety.
