This is a tough one but one is for sure and that's David Mitchell
I'm leaning towards Eddie Izzard and Dylan Moran to go with David.
"Fish don't blink. Which is the main eye defence. If you're ever trying to get the eye out of a fish and it blinks, it may be a lion." -David Mitchell.

Bill Bailey, Jimmy Carr and Rob Brydon just for the potential recreation of "They say of the Acropolis where the Parthenon is..."
I've got a very long list, so I'll just put the most regular ones:
I'd also love Eddie Izzard.
The one time Emma was on was brilliant - never seen anyone else make Stephen squirm like that! And Hugh would be lovely if he could shake the nerves, but as it is I don't want to subject him to that.
As for DREAM dream (as in, incorporating people who are already dead etc.), I think I'll have to get back to you. So many...
Hand in hand we can marvel together at the strangeness of the human condition.
Bianca: Why did you not tell me you were so strong?
Simone: Why did you not tell me you were beautiful?

Eddie Izzard, Bill Nighy and David Bowie?
We love you. That's why we're here.

Many a time I put this question to everyone in the household. Out of the people most likely to be on it, I think
Alan Davies (of course)
Dara O' Briain
would be superb
but as the title of the topic was 'Dream Panel' how could I resist from saying something as absurd as:
Hugh Laurie (hopefully not quite so absurd?)
Alan Davies perhaps I'm pushing it slightly
And as for global warming, we'll just kick ass wearing shades
