Thought I'd put in my three pence on the format of Podgrams -- I prefer the unstructured approach (Podgrams one and three). Although it's a pleasure to hear Stephen read from a prepared text, it feels a lot more personal and (dare I say) intimate when he speaks off-the-cuff.
