Whilst we are sampling the delicious flavours and aromas of The Discovery Of Heaven, I thought I'd just pop a quick linky-poo out there for a vid that I made, like any good little fan girl does, on the - erm - funner scenes of said film. All to the immortal (Aussie ) genious of acca dacca. ACDC, that is. Actually I think it has cropped up here before, but just to refresh your memories.
Actually random piece of pointless info, I was in the city yesterday when I noticed there is actually an ACDC Lane. And somebody graffitied a few little lightning bolts around the sign. It's awesome. Anywho:

*squee* I've probably said this before but I love your video Lily.

I really want to see that movie. It sounds odd, and I like odd stuff.
That last pic made my heart skip a beat. :-//

Stephen is utterly superb in it. Of course

I didn't think it was terribly odd. Not like Whatever Happened to Harold Smith or Hitchhiker's Guide. Those OD'ed on odd. But I think this is Stephen's best acting performance. He had to kiss girls

And enjoy it

Actors playing a different sexuality from their personal one always creates some discussion. Is it really so different from playing a married character if you've never been married, or playing a parent if you aren't one?

oh dear that made me laugh so hard i inhaled sharply and snorted. luckily nobody was around to hear me.

and i totally agree with ysabella, i mean, do people really expect actors to have experienced everything they're portraying on screen/stage? im sure that when an actor dies onscreen, they're not really going off after the scene is wrapped and offing themselves in their dressing room for added realism.
