OH MY DAYS.
That orange scarf and green and red tie combination is fantastic!!
He does have the most beautiful eyes.
Other people have very blue eyes but his are just perfect :-//

Perhaps Stephen's eye colour appears different in changes in the light ? I think they're more of less blue though.

I kind of don't notice his eye color when he's next to Hugh because Hugh's eyes are hardcore blue. I do love the changing colors, though!
