that reminds me of what I was reading on a British/American translation site. you've probably seen it...maybe...I've loved for a long time, even before I needed to look words up. the site's called effingpot and entries on this page for handbag and purse are good.
I've always been a bit skeptical about the entry for wallet though, I mean we call them wallets in America, don't we (assuming we're talking about the same thing...). they take us into the territory of bill-fold too.

Interesting link. A lot of that I knew, a lot of it I didn't know. At least it did explain A-levels and O-levels and GSCE which I never understood. I didn't finish reading it, it has quite a lot of information, and some of the comments are amusing. I will go back and check it out further later.

Thanks for the list Exo! Really interesting to see some of the extreme differences that couldn't really be 'worked out'.

Love the pictures MP! On this thread we use them so well to explain!

Stephen has ran out of suits for this episode *hangs head in shame*

Wait, what are you doing there?

Why are you grunting?

Stop touching it.

Don't look at me while you do it. That's gross.

Don't blow kisses, you pervert! Stop it at once!

Thank you. And don't you ever twitter while we're having a conversation again.

*sniff* Mmmmmmm iPhone fingers *droooooool*

And suddenly there came a tapping, as if someone gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.

"Sir,' said I, "or Madam, truly your forgiveness I implore;
But the fact is I was texting, and standing here being sexy
when you came tapping, tapping at my chamber door."

Here I opened wide the door . . .

Fluffettes there, and nothing more.

"Though thy crests be of highest decorum," I said, "wearing T-shirts of the forum.
I'm pleased you could afford 'em, have you wandered from the nightly shore?
Tell me thou bubbly intentions on the Night's Plutonian shore!"

Quote the Fluffettes, "GLOMP ATTACK FOREVERMORE."

Not a minute stopped or stayed them;
But, with rambunctiousness of limb, perched upon my breast
Perched with softness of caress
Perched and sat

And then we had a House-fest.

We need a little applauding smiley. That was fantastic, Fryphile! I was making all kinds of smothered laughing and coughing and squeaking with delight noises. Perfectly timed and executed. Thanks Fryphile.

FRYPHILE
Today┬┤s entry is amazing (admittedly had to read it twice :-// )

Thank you. And don't you ever twitter while we're having a conversation again.
This is so funny X-D X-D
Actually, it was pretty obvious from the start what Stephen was doing - or was it?

Ha, the advantage of finishing early on a Fryday - being able to read your daily dose of dashing Stephen before anyone else

You know I think we could actually set up a rather successful Fryphile fan site.

Love your new avatar, Pam. Who could resist that face? Obviously no one here. X-D

Fantasterical Love it!, exoskeleton. And it certainly describes this thread.
