I feel discriminated against as a sub-6-footer (just shy at 5'10")

But I do walk quickly, and am an experienced crowd walker (no crowd tough enough for me to get through!)

I like being short because it's easy to get through crowds too.
I dislike being short because if I eat any more than a celery leaf a day I look as rotund as a weeble.

Tall men are lovely - Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie, Jarvis Cocker, Nick Cave, Oscar Wilde. Mmmm. Gerti, you're right with that list! I mean, long legs just look so good in trousers.

My brother's taller than me already and he's 13, I'm a rather pathetic 5 foot 4 (just).

Aaaaaaaaagreed. I'm not THAT tall, just 5'8", but I have decided that my husband will be between 6' and 6'2". That's just the way it's going to be.

Open to suggestions as to what my sig should consist of...

I wouldn't mind being a bit shorter, it can be a challenge finding clothes in a 36" inseam, and then of course there's that whole forgetting to duck thing too.

I'm the shortest member of the family at 5'7". Spouse is 6 ft, daughter 5'9" and son almost 5'10". Must be that's why I like height. And a 36" inseam is damn difficult to find. A friend of mine is about 6'5" and has much trouble finding jeans that fit correctly.
