Um. I was playing one of my sister's guitar (she's studying abroad in Australia, so it's mine now) and eating Taco Bell - two of my favorite things. Until I dropped a piece of chicken in the guitar. It's been several weeks, and it's still there. Oops.

I'm a disgusting human being. But you know, I find that guys don't mind it as long as I put it out there from day one...

I got back an astronomy assignment I wrote, and lost marks because I said Stephen FRY has been extensively studying black holes instead of Stephen Hawking. He circled it and said "I don't think so..." OOPS. But you never know! Stephen IS a smart man! I don't think the rest of my group will think it's amusing though...

Yess! I had an English teacher in high school who wrote unintentionally hilarious notes. If she and Stephen got married, the would be an unstoppable Jeopardy team.

There's a new restaurant in my town called Industrial Revolution. It's Industrial Revolution themed. Really? Apparently, it's celebrating the history of steel mills in the area. This is ignoring the fact that they all closed down in the past several years, jacking up unemployment. Obviously, I'm going to try to work there, just for the lol's.

Oh, and my dad has really been keeping up with his celebrity news. His favorite is Jessica Simpson. He's asked me more than once, "Is Jess EVER going to find love?" Also, he wishes that Jon and Kate would, "just go away." So he's pretty much neutered by now.

Mike IS neutered! I think he used to be a boy, but after the second daughter, he just gave up.

A couple of my sisters are in a Child Development/Family Services class that is widely considered to be the easiest class in the university. They watched the following video on conception and contraception. I couldn't look away:

Oh yeah one of the National film board of Canada's best! What animation! What Effects!! WHAT EMOTION!!!

By the way, aren't University students a little too old to be learning about this?

I think since it's a child development class, it's an example of what would be shown to children? If I were a child, though, that would scare the crap out of me. But you know, with the way sex ed is in this state, I wouldn't be surprised if they showed this to like, high school kids.

Oh, and our favorite part was the terrifying circus music!

My Grandad moved to France a few years ago and is really enjoying it there apart from the fact that teabags are very expensive. We sometimes send big boxes over but haven't for a while. It's my mum's birthday today and he'd written this in her card:

Subliminal messaging, very subtle.

Hahaha!! Brilliant! Wow! Yes, you're right. You never know. He might be investigating black holes when he's not tweeting, or spilling coffee or writing speeches or saving rhinos
