Bah humbug. My work just 'terminated my training' as apparently I am unable to read a script correctly down the phone, unable to explain things to people and because, and this is my favourite reason, I speak far too quietly while on the phone. Well I'm very sorry that you people don't understand the merit of being polite and not forcing things onto people that they don't need or want. And I'm very sorry that my voice is too quiet and cultured for people to understand me easily and that I don't yell down the phone instead.

So I've signed back up with the temp agency I was with before, who said that I was very good at my job.

Sorry, stupid people annoy me immensely. Especially as they appear to be picking on me for being 'quiet' and unable to explain things which is a little odd as I was reading from a script that they had written so logically, it should have been able to explain everything without me knowing anything about the job.

i'm sorry zelva that sucks big time.
phones and my are not friends, so i understand your frustration and people that are just not thinking, when they are perfectly intelligent are very annoying.
good luck with job hunting.
hugs, fryfan20

bugger those people, zefla. they must be thick. hopefully you'll be able to get a job where you are appreciated. the same thing (being un-employed for being too quiet... in a shop serving about three people a day!) happened to me a month or two ago.

Sorry to hear you lost your job Zefla.

However, it sounds like you were working in a call centre. Hopefully this is a blessing in disguise and it'll put you in the direction of a more satisfying and enjoyable job in a more pleasant working environment. With nicer co-workers/supervisors.

That sucks Zefla and I wish you the very best of luck in finding new work. I hope the ones you've applied for hurry up and reply! It might be for the better all this and you might end up somewhere you'll be better appreciated. Nothing's worse then working for people who think you're worthless.

Assuming direct control...
