Hi stephen and forum.forgive my prose but hope you can read it anyway.
i saw your documentary on depression and was wonderin if i have the quals to talk about it?anyway here goes. been and done all the hospital stuff now for 20years,had all the sections and tablets they could give me.they never seemed to help and the side affects were not nice.however when im bad the bed is the place for me,most of my depressions come cause im done in...and guess what? i have done all the doin.instead of sayin no! to people and things out of guilt or pitty, i find myself helpin them,and when there up and runnin again-its see ya! and down i go cause they used my chocolate mouse brain to much,and blazzed it out..nothin left for me.forme its not a chemical thing that could be explained,its more of deep down soul pain.childhood flash backs.
thats where the anger comes in,and cuttin up..anyway would you be supprised to know winter is even worse! all the time i got violent was a result of my mum and dad failing to be there for me..i can get through my day now okay.the thing is when your deppressed,your sleep pattern goes,eatin pattern goes,essteem goes through broken dreams.stinkin thinkin starts to creep in and the lies get the victory over our minds..also when this happens stay away from people whom put ye down verbal words.get with some encourages if ye can it helps big time.say you had been with someone who drains,then go and visit two uplifters. anyway im not a nutter any more,all i wanted was love,and somewhere my god given talents could be used.mum and dad wer not in favour of classical music on a council estate.boys played football,i was walkin through the game they played with a big stringed instrument..i was born in a wrong cultural enviroment,working mens clubs and darts! they never had the gifts to desern anythink away frm that..and if they did ye got skitted..
