All I can do functionally is cry. I can't focus on anything, even at work. I feel exhausted, apathetic and desperate at the same time. Sounds, colours and light are all too bright. Everything is pressing in on me. Do you know what its like to feel the misery of a thousand other people?
I can't do this much longer...in fact I dont know that Im doing it now. |

I'm sorry to hear that Occy. It's the weekend tomorrow so I hope you get a bit of respite and get to do something or see some people and enjoy yourself. I've not slept properly the last few days because I was worrying about jobs, but I will get to relax a bit tomorrow because things will be decided one way or the other.
Take care Occy, perhaps you're coming to live in England for a while with some beasties, right? gotta go now, but I hope today and tomorrow both pan out better for you |

I can't do this much longer...in fact I dont know that Im doing it now. it won't be like that forever, you hold on there, ya hear? i do hope the weekend can help. i don't know what helps you, as an individual, but having a buffer between you and others for a day might help. i usually wouldn't suggest someone start bein' too alone, but somedays it's needed. tell your dogs HI from banjo. |

I can't do this much longer...in fact I dont know that Im doing it now. Been some of the way there. Sounds like a suitable case for Prozacman and perhaps some quiet counselling. Prozac has it's detractors, but it was a bloody good starting place for my recovery. The only way is forward. Now where's the bar? |

i'll second that , somewhat...not been on prozac, but medicine can help. and it doesn't change you into a robot.
unless it's SPECIFIC change-you-into-a-robot medicine, called VOLTRONEX, but then you get to shoot laserbeams from your shoulders and crush cars under your boots. there are some sexual side effects to VOLTRONEX .... |
