Someone at Apple is probably getting fired over losing their prototype iPhone 4 (who knows what they're going to call it), and that's a shame, but it's for the benefit of the rest of us to see if before it's announced officially in June!

So.

This is the mythical 3rd gen (I don't consider the 3GS a full generation...) that Stephen Fry says should be the best version of a device to come out. I wonder if he'll stick to that prediction made 2 iPhones ago. At the very least, the device does look rather attractive, as always

Software implementations and whatnot are still pretty unknown, other than it was found with iPhone 4.0 software on it before it was remotely shot dead by Apple.

Anyway, discuss.

Will this be the golden-boy version of the device, as predicted by the Fryster? Will it be better than the ones after it?

I'm still unsure whether the whole story was a good PR campaign and the Apple guy had been just really well-paid for "losing" that iPhone..

Just unbelievable that someone could really go to the bar, got drunk and lost the thing!

The new design is very attractive, indeed. I agree. And if Stephen said it would be the best ever version I personally never doubt that it will
