Leaf the third...
To the four winds, wherever they may blow it.....
Have a psychologist appointment at the gps tomorrow morning.... and a shrink appointment on thurs...... Neither of them are the counselling referral i have been waiting for for FIVE F*CKING MONTHS, now even though it was only supposed to take two or three months.
What is it with the bloody NHS??!! I'll be better by the time it comes through - or maybe that's the general idea......
Am not in a bad mood, just kinda 'climbing the walls in my head' and vaguely self destructive at the mo - want to go drving up the motorway rather fast, but shrink says i can't do that.....
bugger it.... drank on sat night and not supposed to.... oh well.
Feel like doing something reckless and risky........
Don't wanna talk - but need to - things are churning around my head - and the counselling will be a safe place to get some of it out in a place with no recriminations and where i won't be affecting or hurting anyone else... but when?? WHEN??????
What will i do till then????

Greentree and rowantree thank Tg for her lovely comments.
They (at the moment) kinda need the clearing, and would be rather lost without it, so some of it is in trees self interests to keep this place alive.
Secondary to that, the trees are worried about other people on here who are having a hard time (DRL springs to mind) and will need somewhere safe to be.

I joined in the first 30 pages of the whimsy thread and I believe that was its main principle...
A boundaried, therapeutically safe place.

I hate being like this - it's like a coiled spring, or a tight elastic band, and something's gonna give and go 'ping', with a huge release of energy. At least i'm not depressed (that much).... that usually leads to self harm...not good.

I am relatively new here too. Sorry you are feeling so out of sorts and frustrated greentree. Do all your ranting here, we don't mind. Can't promise to have the right words but will listen and caring. If I can do more, let me know.
I have therapy on Friday. I need to arrange care for my daughter so my husband can come to a therapy appt. with me. Our communication right now is nonexistant, I am getting angrier and angrier. My son and I both have psychiatry appts. also. There is an open house at my son's school this week, I am volunteering to pass out chips or drinks or something, dont really know. And then an orientation at my daughters pre-school. This will be a busy week! I really do better busy I think.

O.o I was only gone an hour! 
Still, this is fresh, new - yet still the same...
Errr... what I mean is that I don't mind when the clearing thread is deleted, as long as there is one somewhere! 
Anyway, I don't know what happened and that's okay, I just hope everyone's doing alright now.
