to me i am that which my reflection shows.
my knowledge understanding and my grey hair grows.
my normality, ability and sustainability slows.
my muscles once strong now are foe's
but finally i'm happy secure so maybe.

Hi Esra.
I find this beautiful. I am a woman of 35, my mother is 70, my father is 69. We are all going through phases or transitions where this applies to us and hits home, in one way or another. I am glad you shared.
