I was initially resistant to certain aspects of medication until I also realised the benefit of them by coming off them and thus being shown just how much they had been helping me.
Medication seems to be one of those things in life that only shows it's real value when removed. I have however opted for a smaller doses of four separate drugs, to avoid any great side effects from any one. A kind of pharmaceutical portfolio of : Sodium Valproate Moclobemide Quetiepine Diazepam The later two being used as and when required, whilst the first two are 'compulsory' on which to build a good base. Yes at first and when i did it was trial and error some of the side effects were worse than the symptoms
