Morgan Freeman's answer as to why he returned, because he felt his peace there, rings true. I have lived all over the country, yet Mississippi is where I find myself most relaxed.
It may indeed be the middle of nowhere at times with not much to do, but what better reason to pick up a guitar or pen?
