Hello One and All
My book 'UNSETTLING' is released in electronic format today. You can download it from Chipmunka Publishing http://tinyurl.com/yexphme.
It is my personal account of 57 madcap years of living with MD/BPD, and whatever other name you choose to give it. The paperback will be available in... in... in... I don't know!! I only wrote it, others will decide what happens next. Comments matter a great deal. Do let me know.

As a direct result of maintaining a proper two-year treatment plan for what was bipolar disorder but is now classed as Cyclothymia, I have finally managed to edit out the errors, and made several other important changes, to my autobiography, Unsettling. By far the most important change I have made is that I've decided to stop living in fear of ridicule and so to 'come out' and release my real name. Hi, my name is not David Thomas, that was my pen name, my real name is Tony Lockhart and I'm back amongst the living.

Congratulations! I know it's hard waiting for the paperback version but it will happen and you'll hold your own book in your own hands - it's a magical moment.

It's a strange and tingly thing having completed le book. It's actually not my first, but the other was a co-authored technical publishing manual, so it doesn't really count.
I am of the red variety.

India!! Crikey! Is it translated? I shall be picking up a copy of yours (not from India) I deliberately didn't read it before completing mine because I didn't want my writing to be in any way influenced by another's experiences.
Oh and by the way, it's a long way from being 'cool' in India!!

(You can get either directly from me signed + a quote as long as you pay the extra postage which works out as 2 quid for the memoir and 1 quid for t'other).
