Due to the Stephen Fry documentary, I am curious about natural remedies to take in tandem with my Rx's. Does anyone take those omega 3s or other herbal/natural pills or eat certain foods? I find my medication helps greatly but there are days where I still feel, on edge, or I might feel like a hallucination is coming on. It never quite surfaces, maybe my logic centres are working better and explains those hallucinations away before they start who knows. anyway yes, natural remedies, good, bad?

Tried St Johns Wort - was ok but not strong enough for my needs. I think it is possibility for mild versions of depression but serious lifetime conditions in my opinion need prescibed meds. And regardless of choice you need professional support. CBT is excellent. Vx I think my multiple personalities have multiple personalities - makes for quite a party.
