Nobody could forget that trainspotting scene. I love the film, and I am very un-squeemish but I prefer to look away during that part of the film.
Red, it is hard. I can't eat healthily. I either eat too much or starve. And I am supposed to be an "expert."

I'm the same way, but I've been trying really hard the past couple of days to eat more than I normally would and try to make it count for something. Like I said before I normally only manage one meal a day, food bores me most of the time(If I were super thin that sentence would annoy people).

You know what? If I'm hungry, I eat something. I eat whatever I feel like eating, "healthy" or not. I stop when I'm full (harder than it sounds, but I'm learning). And I try not to worry about it. And while I can't say the pounds are dropping off, I have lost weight this year - just a little. It's a start.
Good luck Red - to be honest, I thing the worst thing you can do is obsess about it. And many of us are right there with you "If you are dirty, insignificant and unloved then rats are the ultimate role model" - Banksy

Ratty you are doing exactly what a person who wants to have a healthy relationship with food is supposed to do. Good for you. I just can't do it myself. :'(

Can I have that in writing on headed notepaper for the next time a barrel-shaped practice nurse tells me I'm overweight? It's not like I don't know I am - and it's not like I stuff myself with junk food and sit around all day, either.
