I can understand the difficulty in recognising when you're down. If you're having a difficult time at the moment you do what you need to do to help yourself. If that means getting out there and doing things other than posting on a forum then do it. Don't feel pressured to post just do it when you feel happy to and not struggling with other things.

By out I didn't strictly mean out out. I was using that to mean just do what you want to do and feel like doing whether that's indoors or outdoors. I didn't specifically mean go out and be active or go places.

Who's been asking you to leave flookwit? Why would anyone want you to leave? This all sounds well dodgy.
