when IKEA opened last year in Porto I snapped a picture of these (look on the right for a nice author photo):

They are (or at least appear to be) remaindered Scandinavian (Swedish?) copies of The Hippopotamus.

Obviously the Swedes have poor literary taste, as well as a liking for raw herrings.

Has anyone else seen remaindered Fry books?

I hope you just grabbed all of them and stuffed them under your jacket!!!

Stupid IKEA...Stephen's books don't deserve to stand around in an IKEA-shelf.

Cute cover. But yeah Stephen's books are too good for an Ikea shelf. I once saw a copy of Jaws on some shelves in Ikea. Another good book.

I've bought some of his books from charity shops. Ended up buying Paperweight twice from them because the first copy I bought had missing pages. >-<

I think mine look good on an Ikea shelf, too.

Fry and Wodehouse get their own level.

Mine have been put on a special shelf too. I've got a new bookcase because my room is being redecorated. I finally have a proper bookcase to put them on.
