has anyone else had really ridiculous results when searching for posts?
I want to find a routine thread that fell back a few pages. I'm looking for "lovely little things", and "alarming little things."
when i search, it brings up not those but other threads... and more mysteriously, when i click on one of the search results, it takes me not to the thread i clicked on, but something even more random.
For me, the search is more like a bizarre random post generator...

ok, now this is totally whack. I just searched for "alarming things" thread again and it DID show up in the search results. However, when I clicked on it, it took me to this thread right here. The one i'm posting on.

Yes, michael, that did happen to me the other day. I was searching for a thread, it did show up on the results page, but when I clicked on it, it took me to a completely different thread. I thought I had done something wrong. Glad to hear I'm not the only one it has happened to.
