Oh, dear I just found this and I remember seeing him/her on Top of the Pops, but I couldn't find that footage...I think it's too much for the nostalgia thread, but it is so bad it's.......good

This is the first Divine song I ever heard. I think it belongs in nostalgia really.

For some reason I recall seeing that once long ago...did they mean to knock those plastic pillars over?

Oh dear, I've just remembered I've got the 12" version of You Think You're a Man...and the 7" of Twisting the Night Away. Was I was going through a bad taste season in my life. I even have some Sinita.

Sinitta?

To look at you I'd never have thought you had such a murky past.

The title of this thread made me think instinctively to Plan 9 From Outer Space.
That was just horrible, and yet so great! Like a really atrocious rip-off of The Day the Earth Stood Still... but with zombies.
"Explode the sunlight here, gentlemen, and you explode the universe!"
I watched this at a B-movie screening, together with Attack of the the Eye Creatures, which was so bad it was very, very bad.
With songs, the guitar solo in Canyons of Your Mind by the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band is deliberately awful, which is brilliant.

There's this film called Werewolf, or, "Wurwilf" as one of the main characters calls it. Oh, where to start. First, there is this guy that changes hair styles practically EVERY. FREAKING. SCENE. Different colors even! Then, there's the woman of indeterminate accent, then there's "Dictator Santa" then, there's the presence of Joe Estevez-the list goes on and on.

I watched The Gingerdead Man last night at a mate's Hallowe'en party. I'm not sure I can quite put it into words how I feel about this phenomenon. But any movie that ends with the villain being eaten and washed down with a glass of milk surely has to have a hint of genius about it? Or am I still a tad woozy following the evening's frivolities?

Oh yeah, and my favourite bad record is Wired for Sound by Cliff Richard.

Proof that this trope wasn't just prevalent in North America and Europe when it came to 80's pop music.

Narrated by Craig Charles, this is a series I would never set out to watch, but if ever it's on TV it's oddly enjoyable. It's an innocent programme that just looks good fun.

An export from Japan, Takeshi's Castle.
