Dear All,

I have not been here for a while as I have been dealing with some issues which, touch wood, have passed for the time being.

I would like to take this opportunity though to say sorry for any posts I may have made which might have caused any offence or hurt anyone's already delicate feelings.

I hope no-one's been to affected by my comments and wish everyone all the best.

i don't remember seeing any posts that were offensive or hurtful at all.

i had just been thinking about you yesterday and wondering how you were and where you were, etc. welcome back.

I don't remember any hurtful comments either but for what it's worth I've been there and I know a little of how you feel.

I tell myself it goes with the BP territory.
You need to remember, it's not your fault if your mood takes you to the wrong place. It's not your fault that you suffer from this thing.

The fact that you can apologise demonstrates what a lovely person you are really, despite how you sometimes react to things.

Does this make sense I'm rapid cycling atm and finding it a bit hard to focus on what I'm trying to say.
