You might or might not know that about one third of UK adults have never been online, about 17million people are "excluded" from digital technologies.
The Government wants to appoint a Digital Champion to be a public figure in this space. They would have an interest in the role technology plays in society and the issues of "social exclusion" (poverty).
I wonder if it might float Stephens boat? or be a total turnoff?
