Here is the Holy Fryble, as laid down by his Fryness through the medium of twitter. Book 1 only so far but I will work on the rest, hopefully with a lot more automation than at present. Just for kicks of course, hope it's ok mods

The Book of Departure:

Chapter 1: verse 1:
Hello Twitterers. I'm About to fly to Africa for a new project and will be tweeting whilst I'm filming.
1:2 Fellow Twitterers, you can verify that it is me by viewing the link from http://www.stephenfry.com - I look forward to sharing my travels
1:3 ... thinking about getting ready to pack for Africa. Nervous that he'll look like ten types of tit on Never Mind the Buzzcocks tonight.
1:4 @awilkinson very kind, but site makeover under way x
1:5 @ruskin147 I'll do my best to avoid any more breakages x
1:6 Golly, crumbs, heckamighty and all the powerful legal swears and cusses Twitter will allow. Bowled over by this attention. Wish I could ...
1:7 aunches over the weekend, in the meantime thanks for following. I read and follow back when I can. Much love. X
1:8 ith everyone individually, but scale is the very devil. Thank you, thank you everyone. My tweets will link with my website http://www.stephenfr ...
1:9 bother. Not very impressive use of my 140 characters. I meant to say this...
1:10 thank you for your astoundingly kind attentions. I wish I could answer you all individually, but I'm afraid that isn't possible...
1:11 I will do my level best to hang around and see what's up here, but ... well ... it isn't easy.
1:12 My Web site http://www.stephenfry.com is being overhauled and will embed my tweets from around the world as I embark on my travels...
1:13 Look out for stephen.com 2.0 over the next few days. So long as I can text or publish tweets I will ...
1:14 to be followed by quite so many people should stop me getting lost in the equatorial forests next week ...

Chapter 2: verse 1: It's all about coffee and packing now...
2:2 Right. Well. Flight to Nairobi moved to 10.30 tomorrow morning. One more night at home. Hurrah!
2:3 I'm heading for T5, Heathrow. Traffic good, passport and yellow fever certificate remembered. Must have forgotten something...
2:4 Fog, but they think we'll take off in time. Follow me to Nairobi. See you in 8 hours. Sx

That would be me.

Ha! And just as I was reading about Jeeves being a higher power (at least in the mind of Gussie Fink-Nottle).

Perfect I say

I used to be EternalStudent on these forums until the switch over. So don't get excited..I'm not someone new and exciting. I'm just me :P

The Book of Illness and Chimps
Chapter 1 Verse 1 Travel day today. Ol Pejeta to Nairobi, then farewell Kenya. Nairobi to Entebbe: hello Uganda.
1:2 @MichaelSage Sadly not. Big place, Africa. All power to him, tho. X
1:3 @LorettaLametta Well spotted! Wish I could claim it was deliberate, but it's a very happy coincidence. Good omen perhaps. X
1:4 @protaganist Warmish, but pleasantly cool at night. Off to Uganda now, which is lower, hotter and more mosquito-ey. X
1:5 @amyl_nitrate Hope you and other loyal and original forum-ers like the new site ... X
1:6 Haha! If only. x
1:7 Deal. x
1:8 I wish, Lindsey, but I fear time won't let me, fell whore that she is ... x
1:9 Did I call you Lindaet, by mistake? Do forgive me x
1:10 @nickfraser Saw the summit yesterday. Stunning. x
1:11 Here I am: http://tinyurl.com/4q2fw6
1:12 Lawks! Just seen Guardian piece. Thankyou Charles Arthur. My backhand slightly weaker than Murray's tho. x
1:13 @dangilmour Hehe! Silly Dan x
1:14 @ralvin Mm. Bit tricky, Richard. Travelling till May, then 16 QI recordings and filming thru till end of 2009 ...
1:15 In case you can't get new stepjenfry.com website yet, knoq that some local DNS servers haven't reset. Give it a few hours. Sorry x
Chapter 2 Verse 1 How can I put this tenderly? Requests for speeches/articles/work related stuff will only frighten me away from twitterspace. Usual channels
2:2 Twitter is for social larks, not worky chores, agreed? x
2:3 @lochutus glancing ref made in this weeks upcoming Dork Talk... x
2:4 @andybudd No, no. I was just doing a bit of nipping in the bud. Don't feel bad, please. x
2:5 @Zoonie I enjoy following, just wanted to head off too much worky stuff ...
2:6 @AJCann Fair enough, Andy. work+play it is
2:7 I'm certainly not laying down any rules, that'd be most anti-Twitter. But I'd hate to have to run and hide if pestered for work stuff 2 much
Chapter 3 Verse 1 Here I am,Nairobi airport: http://tinyurl.com/3wdp84
3:2 @TessyBritton ! x
3:3 Me and my luggage: Jomo Kenyatta airport, Nairobi x http://twitpic.com/ghiq
3:4 @mcawilliams ROTFL! Best one so far! x
3:5 In Nairobi airport, about to board flight to Entebbe.
Chapter 4 Verse 1 Just landed in Uganda. No data signal so far, so maybe text tweets (twexts?) only. X
4:2 Potential disaster! I seem to be developing a cold. That would deny me - quite rightly - access to the chimps I'm supposed to film tomorrow.
4:3 They're letting me on Ngamba island, but won't be allowed close to the chimps. Sinus pain, snot, heavy head. Poo.x
4:4 That's "poo" in the sense of "bother", btw. No gastric troubles. Yet.
4:5 Lake Victoria is sparkling in the sun. Ngamba Island ten miles away. X
4:6 Gettig farther out. Signal weakening. May be my last yweet for 48 hours. In touch when poss. X
4:7 Dosed up on Sudafed and Sinutab etc: better but speedy. Sorry can't see all your tweets. GSM only herex
4:8 Just fed the chimpanzees - I wasn't allowed to touch the food because of my cold, but marvellous nonetheless. x
4:9 Here I am: http://tinyurl.com/6hpzlu
4:10 Toiy threadlike data heartbeat. Cold still with me but better. Thanks for all good wishes. Ngamba Island heavenly. Chimps divine. X
4:11 Brief burst of GPRS disappeared. Filming on the island: weaver birds, fishing village. Still snotty but sinuses better. x
Chapter 5 Verse 1 Back in Entebbe now. In room cutting the little films I've shot. Feeling better. Brum City 0 Norwich 0 at half time. Come on canaries. x
5:2 I'm getting an "Over capacity: too many tweets" message from Twitter. Is this universal, or something Ugandan?
5:3 Oh hell: I misread the text initials. It's Bristol City, not Birmingham and they've just scored in the 75th minute. Bottoms.
5:4 @lisibo Yup, the Fail Whale is exactly what I'm getting. Heigh ho.
5:5 @JULIANBRAY Yes, the LVH. Most things working. Except the air conditioning. And the hot water. And the phone lines. Internet's okay though !
5:6 All better again. The whale's dived back into Lake Victoria (it's a freshwater whale) -- thanks for your support all of you x
5:7 Arse. It's a result.
5:8 http://twitpic.com/gvqh - Made some new friends this morning: they cooked me a Nile perch & made me laugh. This was their favourite photo x
5:9 @HannibalCat fair point ... x
5:10 @DomM Indeed, it was the Air ... couldn't be otherwise really, but I thought it right to show an option...
5:11 @atrophic Fair point. Insignificantly fair ... x
5:12 Day off tomorrow. One week in Africa. On Monday we fly to Bwindi for the gorillas. Night night everyone x
5:13 @LiliCosic Patricide is to kill a father, fratricide a brother, suicide oneself, insecticide a pest -- therefore countryside ....?
5:14 Good night ... x

That would be me.

Well that's less than a quarter done so far! I have to get packing for an overnight trip now so no more for a couple of days I'm afraid. If you violently disagree with my chapter/book points let me know. All the links should work now as I've stripped out the wierd characters.

Enjoy

That would be me.

Thanks GGG! This is fantastic!

I don't really "do" twitter, so I would have missed all this otherwise, so it's lovely to have it all in one place. Amyl got a name check! And I think it's amazing that Stephen can be bothered to use his time to send some personalised messages. He rocks!

Tell me if you want to keep this thread clean, I can delete this message if you want.

Thanks again
